Upgrading your mCLASS enrollment experience
Thank you for your continued support and trust in Amplify. We’re honored to partner with you, and are excited to announce upgrades to our enrollment processes that will provide a more streamlined and efficient way to manage your mCLASS® enrollment rosters.
We aim to provide you with high-quality change management support. Review the following process to prepare for the upgrade to your mCLASS enrollment experience.

Preparing for exciting updates
Step 1: Familiarize yourself with your new options
The current mCLASS enrollment system will be discontinued for all users June 1, 2025, so we can upgrade to industry-standard data enrollment systems. As a result, you need to select another enrollment option for the 2025–26 school year to take advantage of these upgrades.
You may choose from the following rostering data source options:
By choosing one of these updated options, you’ll gain:
- Access to enhanced features, including modernized reporting tools
- A user-friendly interface for easier navigation and management
- Seamless integration across multiple Amplify products with a single data share
Step 2: Indicate your mCLASS rostering data source
If you’re prepared to make your selection ahead of the discontinuation of your current mCLASS rostering data source on June 1, 2025, please indicate your rostering data source now.
Step 3: Provide unique student emails
If you’ve been notified (via email) that your school/district is required to provide unique student emails, follow these simple steps to complete this task by March 1, 2025. By providing this critical information before the rostering data source upgrade, you’ll help maintain precise data mapping and preserve historical data integrity.

Beginning January 2025, we’ll be hosting webinars to guide you through these changes and help you make the most of the new features.
By the end of the webinar, you will:
- Have learned through live demos about your rostering data source options, including Clever, ClassLink, and rostering directly with Amplify.
- Understand the new or enhanced features you will have access to for the 2025–26 school year.
- Be primed for the shift, having had opportunities to ask our experts questions live and the option to schedule a one-on-one call.
- Know how to prepare for next steps and action items required for your upgrade, such as providing Amplify with critical information before summer 2025.
Webinars will be offered at various dates to fit your schedule and will feature opportunities for live Q&A.
