Our goal is to get your students and staff setup with their Amplify programs as quickly and as smoothly as possible. Data sharing can be finicky business, but our team is here to ensure this phase is precise and streamlined. Here you’ll find guidance on your enrollment process and additional resources to support your enrollment.

Clever is a tool that provides secure, automated transfer of roster information from your district to Amplify.

ClassLink is a tool that provides secure, automated transfer of roster information from your district to Amplify.

CSV enrollment
Share your roster data with Amplify’s updated, CSV template. Files are uploaded directly through the new Admin Portal.

GG4L Connect is a third party enrollment partner that offers industry-standard onboarding methods via specific SIS APIs.

Important notes

  • Once your district has started classes and you have begun your Amplify curriculum and/or assessment programs, changing enrollment sources is strongly discouraged, as this can be highly disruptive to your data sharing process. If your district has extenuating circumstances that require you to change how you enroll, please contact your Customer Success partner.

  • For the 2022/2023 school year, returning customers (meaning customers that are ONLY implementing/using mCLASS or mCLASS and Amplify Reading) will continue to utilize the SSE or auto-SSE enrollment method to sync their rosters. For more information, visit our mCLASS enrollment help page.
