License management requirements and steps

Before you begin, check if action is needed to assign programs to classes.

Action needed:

  • Amplify CKLA 2nd Edition 
  • Amplify Caminos
  • Amplify ELA
  • Amplify Science
  • Boost Close Reading 6–8

NO action needed:

  • mCLASS
  • Amplify Desmos Math
  • Boost Reading K–5

Step-by-step: How to enroll and add programs

1. Watch the quick start video: Follow along in this step-by-step video for adding programs to classes in the Amplify Admin Portal.

2. Complete your enrollment: You have options — choose the method that works best for you: 

  • CSV for Batch Upload: Export data from your Student Information System to enroll multiple users at a time.
  • Manual entry: Add users one at a time.
  • Email invitations: Send an invite for your staff to enroll themselves.

Note: Teachers can start exploring content right away — even before students are rostered. Be sure to complete your current year enrollments before adding programs for the upcoming school year.

3. Add programs to classes: Choosing your role to get the right instructions: 

  • For system access users and admins: Follow these instructions.
  • For teachers: Manage class programs with these guidelines.

4. Confirm access: Make sure everyone is set up correctly.
