As the Primary Onboarding Contact for your organization, you play a crucial role in ensuring that your onboarding team is up and running to complete onboarding tasks.

Leaning on a team can lead to success. From the Amplify Customer Portal, the Contact Management page is the starting point for onboarding at Amplify. Begin here to make sure you have colleagues to help you.

Managing contacts within the Contact Management page

  • Delegate roles: The Primary Onboarding Contact can use this guide to assign and manage onboarding roles effectively.
  • Review responsibilities: Assigned contacts should review their responsibilities and explore available resources.

Additional roles: If needed, assign additional roles to the Primary Onboarding Contact, ensuring receipt of all relevant communications.
