Our two-part bootcamp equips education leaders at any stage of implementation with any Amplify core program to:

  • Access tools and resources for continuous improvement.
  • Enhance strategic implementation with expert-led sessions.
  • Foster stakeholder engagement for lasting impact.

Ideal for Chief Academic Officers, Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents of Instruction, Coordinators of Learning, Principals, Assistant Principals, and District Coaches who can attend both the Fall and Spring sessions.

Apr. 30, 12–2 p.m. ET | Session 1: Reflecting and Analyzing: Assessing Current Implementation

Conduct a SWOT analysis of current implementation efforts, engage with implementation science principles, and identify actionable improvement steps through evidence-based reflection.

May 7, 12–2 p.m. ET | Session 2: Revising Strategies: Optimizing Implementation Plans

Learn to craft a clear, participative implementation plan, develop stakeholder ownership using a Stakeholder Matrix, and ensure coherence across implementation efforts through effective communication and learning communities.

May 14, 12–2 p.m. ET | Session 3: Systematic Coherence: Sharing and Sustaining the Implementation Charge

Define coherence in implementations, build supportive systems, clarify stakeholder roles, and establish communication and monitoring processes to ensure sustainable implementation.

Can more than one person from my school or district attend the Transformation Leadership Bootcamp?

Do I need to attend both the fall and spring sessions?

To maximize this free learning experience, it’s strongly recommended that when committing to this event, you mark your calendar for both the fall and spring dates.

What if I miss a session?

While we encourage you to attend all sessions, a recording will be sent out should an extenuating circumstances pull you away from a session.
