Contact Management
As the Primary Onboarding Contact for your organization, you play a crucial role in ensuring that your onboarding team is up and running to complete onboarding tasks.

Steps for Contact Management
- Set up your team: Leaning on a team can lead to success. From the Amplify Customer Portal, the Contact Management page is the starting point for onboarding at Amplify. Begin here to make sure you have colleagues to help you.
- Managing contacts within the Contact Management page: Onboarding contacts are not assigned by program, but should be assigned by onboarding responsibilities such as materials delivery, digital licensing, and PD scheduling of all Amplify programs.
- Delegate roles: The Primary Onboarding Contact can use this guide to assign and manage onboarding roles effectively.
- Review responsibilities: Assigned contacts should review their responsibilities and explore available resources.
- Additional roles: As the Primary Onboarding Contact, should you wish to complete other onboarding processes, please assign yourself Materials, Technical, and/or PD contact.
